Dr. Nasir Mohammad Bhat is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Higher Education, Government of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, India, and a Clinical Psychologist licensed by the Rehabilitation Council of India. He currently serves as Head of the Department of Psychology at Government Degree College for Women Baramulla.
